Delivery

Due to every item being handmade, it may take up to 7 business days until your order is sent out for delivery. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail first class service, which will take 1-3 days to arrive from when it is sent out. 

Returns

All of our items are non refundable as they are handmade for you. Please ensure that you put your correct measurements in before checking out, or look at our size guide. We do offer FREE alterations on all items. If there is any problems with your order please contact us at tropics_@outlook.com or send us a DM on our Instagram page @tropics.m, and we will sort it for you.
