About Us

TROPICS is a unique, handmade clothing brand with a tropical touch. Which aims to make its customers feel comfortable, empowered and sexy in garments that are made with high quality fabrics. All items are carefully designed and handmade with love by Megan Cleverley. 

I first started making clothes at the age of 17 while I was studying a diploma at Rare School of Fashion and Art, where I learnt how to pattern cut and sew. I then started making clothes for myself and for friends, which led me to create an Instagram page where I would show my work. As the years went on I had gained followers and customers who I would create custom orders for. I had so much fun and experience with my previous and existing customers and learnt a lot which made me grow not only in this field of work but personally too. Which is why I then made the decision to rebrand from what was 'Megan Cleverley Fashion' to 'TROPICS'.
